Q: What are the HeartSong Collection™ drops and Stillness Oil Blend™?
A: Both are IQS-imprinted energetic remedies created uniquely for you after your session:

Q: How should I use them?
A: HeartSong Collection™ Drops:
The number of drops, frequency, and duration are not preset. These details are identified during your session through the Interactive Query System (IQS), which communicates directly with your body’s intelligence. Your body determines how many drops it needs, how often, and for how long. You’ll receive those personalized instructions in your post-session notes, based on what your body requests in real time.
Stillness Oil Blend™:
The Stillness Oil Blend™ is created by combining jojoba oil with your body’s selected essential oil (lavender, peppermint, frankincense, or rose) and then imprinting the blend using the IQS system with the energetic findings from your Storm Profile Session.
You’ll use it as part of your swish-and-release recalibration practice. Apply the oil between the C1 and C2 vertebrae using the roll-on applicator, then perform the swish-and-release motion to help your nervous system reset and release stored energetic stress.
Repeat the exercise until all the oil in the vial has been used. This process helps your body integrate the energetic shifts from your session — supporting grounding, balance, and inner calm.
Online Consultation
Q: What happens during an online consultation?
A:During your 60–90 minute video session, we use the IQS to explore your body’s current “storm” — the energetic map of stress patterns, imbalances, and unmet needs. You’ll receive your personalized Storm Profile Report, real-time insights, and optional recommendations for IQS-imprinted drops or oils to extend your results beyond the session.
Q: How long does an online consultation take?
A: Your session is scheduled for up to 90 minutes. Most sessions last about 60 minutes, but extra time is allowed if your body has more to process.

Customized Protocol
Q: Do I have to follow a full protocol?

No. The Storm Profile Session and the HeartSong Collection™ Customized Protocol are two distinct offerings.
The Storm Profile Session includes your personalized energetic scan, Storm Profile report, and optional IQS-imprinted remedies (HeartSong Collection™ Drops or Stillness Oil Blend™ or both). You’ll also receive simple guidance for continuing your recalibration process at home, based on what your body reveals during the session.
The HeartSong Collection™ Customized Protocol is a separate option — a comprehensive energetic plan created through the IQS system that includes all 10 HeartSong formulas and a written usage guide. This option does not include a live session.

Q: If the changes are subtle, how will I know?
A: Your body’s shifts often begin as subtle awareness — better sleep, calmer thoughts, emotional lightness. We recommend journaling your experiences daily to notice gradual patterns of harmony and clarity. Progress not tracked will never be visible.

Q: Is this client center and my data secured and safe? A: Yes! In fact, there are 3 levels of security: provided to keep your data safe and confidential:

Q: Is my information confidential? A: Yes. This site is protected by a username/password system. You are the only one who has access to your information.
Accessing The Private Client Area
Q: What is the "Register Now" link, and when would I use it? A: When you "register," I will be notified that your account has been created and will need to activate your account. This could take up to 24 hours.
Q: How do I access your private client area, and how do I log in? A: Click on the Login link in the navigational menu of the website. Then enter the username and password that have been assigned to you. Don't have login information yet? Contact me so we can get an account created for you.
Q: I have a password that I use for most of my online accounts. Can I change the password you assigned to me? A: Yes. You will need to log in initially using the password I assigned to you. Once you log in, you can change your password at any time in your Client Profile page, which you find under the FORMS tab.
Q: What if I forget or lose my password and login information? A: If you simply forgot your password, you can still go to the Login page by clicking the Login link. Click on the blue link "forgot password" to the right of the "Login" button, and in the new "Forgot Password" window, enter your username and click on the "Continue" button. You will receive an email shortly with your password included.
If you misplaced both your username and password, contact us and we will forward you your information.
Q: I’m trying to log in, but it will not accept my username or password. What do I do? A: Remember that the login information is case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as it was given to you. Also, type in your login credentials and DO NOT copy/paste it, as this procedure can include empty spaces, which count in a password, thus rendering it incorrect. Again, if you do not remember your login credentials, you can contact me via email, and I'll forward them to you.
Scheduling/Rescheduling Appointments
Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment? A: It's easy. With at least a 24-hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the online calendar system. Just complete the following steps:
- Log in to your Private Client Website Area.
- Click on the Calendar Menu.
- Locate and click on the desired block of “Available” time (or if you already have an existing appointment, click on the title of your existing appointment that you wish to reschedule)
- Click on the "edit" button and change the details of the appointment to correspond with an "Available" block of time.
- The calendar will update itself, you'll see your new appointment reflected, and I will receive an email notification letting me know of the change.
Q: What if I want to cancel my appointment? A: If you cancel your appointment, we will reimburse you the money, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
Q: How can I pay? A: We use Stripe for secure and convenient payment processing. You can pay using major credit cards or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
