Q: What is the Interactive Query System (IQS)? A: The IQS is an advanced tool that helps gain insights into your body's unique intelligence. It provides important information about your overall health by interacting with your body's inner signals.

Q: How does the IQS work? A: The IQS uses non-invasive technology to communicate with your body's internal systems. By analyzing the responses, it helps identify areas that need attention and guides the creation of a customized wellness drops.

Q: Is the IQS safe? A: Yes, the IQS is completely safe. It is a non-invasive method designed to work harmoniously with your body’s natural processes.

Q: Can the IQS diagnose medical conditions? A: An IQS finding does not constitute a diagnosis of any medical condition. If you desire a medical diagnosis, please consult a licensed medical provider.


HeartSong Collection Drops

Q: What are the HeartSong Collection drops? A: The HeartSong Collection drops are specialized formulas designed to enhance emotional and physical well-being by communicating specific messages to your body.

Q: How do the HeartSong Collection drops work? A: These drops act as "messages in a bottle," telling your body what it needs to address for optimal health. They support both emotional balance and physical health by aligning your body’s internal signals.

Q: How should I take the HeartSong Collection drops? A: The drops can be taken orally or applied topically. Follow the recommended dosage that comes with your customized protocol or recommendation provided during your consultation.

Q: What can I expect from using the drops? A: You can expect subtle transformations that improve both emotional and physical health. The key is to listen for the messages your body sends and act upon them.


Online Consultation

Q: What happens during an online consultation? A: During an online consultation, you'll meet with a holistic health expert who will use the IQS system to gain insights into your health. Based on this, you'll receive a customized wellness plan and personalized remedy added to the HeartSong Collection drops.

Q: Will I receive all the bottles that are included in the HeartSong Collection? A: The HeartSong Collection includes 10 different BioAquaFeel formulas. During your consultation, we will determine which specific formula will best suit your body’s needs and work with your personalized remedy. You will receive the most appropriate formula based on this assessment.

Q: How long does an online consultation take? A: An online consultation typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your specific needs and concerns.

Q: How do I prepare for my online consultation?A: Ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection. Additionally, go to the bathroom beforehand, stay hydrated, and have a pen and paper ready to take notes.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment? A: Once you pay for the consultation, you will have access to the calendar to schedule your appointment.

Q: Will I receive drops after my session? A: Yes, you will receive drops after the appointment. These drops will be formulated specifically for you and will become your personal remedy. Since these drops are your remedy, you should not share them with anyone else. The formulation will be done offline after your appointment is over.

Q: When I finish my dosage for my remedy that I received from my consultation and still have remedy left, what should I do with it? A: Once you've taken the remedy as prescribed and completed your dosage, simply discard any remaining liquid. No special disposal procedures are necessary.


Customized Protocol

Q: How will the customized protocol be created? A: The customized protocol is created through the IQS system. It will specify the order of the formulas to take, the quantity, and the duration for each based on the unique insights gained. This protocol will be created offline and no appointment is needed.

Q: Can I combine different protocols? A: No. You should either follow your customized protocol or the instructions from your consultation. You need to work on one or the other, not both simultaneously.

Q: What is the cost of the consultation and customized protocol? A: You have the option to purchase either a personalized consultation or the HeartSong Collection Customized Protocol. Each is priced at $197, with free shipping within the USA. Remember, you should choose one option, not both simultaneously.


General Questions

Q: If the changes are subtle, how will I know? A: From day one, we suggest you keep a daily record of the insights you receive from your body. This will help you track and "see" the progress over time. Progress not tracked will never be visible.

Q: Do you have any other products for sale? A: Yes, we offer two additional BioAquaGuard Drops. If you wish to purchase them, please contact support:

Security & Confidentiality

Q: Is this client center and my data secured and safe? A: Yes! In fact, there are 3 levels of security: provided to keep your data safe and confidential:

  1. Username and password protected;
  2. Verisign Security Certificate protects your data on this site; 
  3. Secured pages (https://)

Q: Is my information confidential? A: Yes. This site is protected by a username/password system. You are the only one that has access to your information.


Accessing The Private Client Area

Q: What is the "Register Now" link and when would I use it? A: When you "register" I will be notified that your account has been created and will need to activate your account. This could take up to 24 hours.

Q: How do I access your private client area and how do I log in? A: Click on the Login link in the navigational menu of the website. Then enter the username and password that has been assigned to you. Don't have login information yet?  Contact me so we can get an account created for you.

Q: I have a password that I use for most of my online accounts.  Can I change the password you assigned to me? A: Yes. You will need to log in initially using the password I assigned to you. Once you log in, you can change your password at any time in your Client Profile page, that you find under the FORMS tab.

Q: What if I forget or lose my password and login information? A: If you simply forgot your password, you can still go to the Login page by clicking the Login link. Click on the blue link "forgot password" to the right of the "Login" button and, in the new "Forgot Password" window, enter your username and click on the "Continue" button. You will receive an email shortly with your password included.

If you misplaced both your username and password, contact us and we will forward you your information.

Q: I’m trying to log in, but it will not accept my username or password, what do I do? A: Remember that the login information is case-sensitive, so enter it exactly like it was given to you. Also, type in your login credentials and DO NOT copy/paste it, as this procedure can include empty spaces, which count in a password, thus rendering it incorrect. Again, if you do not remember your login credentials, you can contact me via email and I'll forward them to you.


Scheduling/Rescheduling Appointments

Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment? A: It's easy. With at least a 24-hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the online calendar system. Just complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your Private Client Website Area.
  2. Click on the Calendar Menu.
  3. Locate and click on the desired block of “Available” time (or if you already have an existing appointment, click on the title of your existing appointment that you wish to reschedule)
  4. Click on the "edit" button and change the details of the appointment to correspond with an "Available" block of time.
  5. The calendar will update itself, you'll see your new appointment reflected and I will receive an email notification letting me know of the change. 

Q: What if I want to cancel my appointment? A: If you cancel your appointment we will reimburse you the money, minus the $50 cancellation fee.

Q: How can I pay? A: We use Stripe for secure and convenient payment processing. You can pay using major credit cards or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
